At Ascendence Health Services, we partner with community organizations to expand access to compassionate behavioral health care. From assisted living communities and nursing facilities to homeless shelters and community providers, we work alongside caregivers to support the individuals they serve.
Our team provides individual counseling, group therapy, Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP), case management, psychiatric services, and peer support, bringing comprehensive behavioral health services directly into the communities that need them most.
